For Zenia McKintosh, ICT lead at Bonneville Primary School, the two biggest challenges have been skilling teachers up and developing their confidence by demystifying the technology. She gives the example of taking the opportunity to train. teachers in using Google Classroom while they were still on site, which was especially good for teachers who lacked confidence and were worried about it, as she was able to show them how to do essential things like how to convert a word doc into a google sheets doc.
