Sarah Wilson, headteacher at Sunnyhill Primary School, recommends that headteachers be absolutely clear about their expectations for teachers and for children and communicate those expectations. It is important that teachers understand what the guidance is asking and what it means for them. Children need to understand they are still at school even if they are at home.
