‘The sharing of ideas between us as we were learning has made us move along a lot quicker.’ Matthew Galvin, vice principal at Winsford Academy in Cheshire, explains how their trust have put together working groups and shared practice across both their primary and secondary schools. The trust have also assigned the teachers most confident with technology as digital literacy leads who support and offer training to colleagues across the trust.
